how and where
just a quick one(sorry if this has been asked b4 but i did try searching with no luck
 how and where do i get team speak i could d/l a program but im unsure if i should use it as the guild wars start up screen says not to use certain programs as they could contain key loggers thnx in advance

It's not Teamspeak they're talking about. It's things like bots and macro'ers. Nothing the honest user needs to concern themselves with.
